The Tavello bake
We bake well done, so the crust comes out lightly charred.
The crust
The dough ferments naturally for 48 hours before it goes in the oven.
The oven
We bake every pizza on its own in the wood-fired oven. We finish each one to suit its dough and toppings.
Before you order
Marinara is vegan with no cheese, and Funghi and Bianca come without tomato sauce.
